Sentinel

Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2, 2026

Service overview

Sentinel provides analytics, attribution, alerting, automation, and integration tooling for merchants and agencies. By using Sentinel, you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with platform policies that apply to your connected accounts.

Customer responsibilities

Access and credentials

You authorize Sentinel to store and use access credentials and webhook secrets needed to operate connected integrations on your behalf. You may disconnect integrations at any time, but historical data already processed by Sentinel may remain in reports unless separately deleted.

Attribution and analytics

Sentinel reports attribution and performance using available tracking, order, and booking data. Reporting is best-effort and depends on the quality and completeness of incoming platform data. Sentinel does not guarantee that attribution outputs will exactly match third-party platform-reported results.

Availability and support

Sentinel may update, improve, or modify service behavior over time. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or abuse prevention. Support is provided through the agency or support channel associated with your Sentinel account.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel is provided on an “as available” basis. Sentinel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, platform outages, integration failures, or attribution discrepancies.

Termination

You may stop using Sentinel at any time by disconnecting integrations and ceasing use of the service. Sentinel may suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse, security risk, unpaid service obligations, or violation of applicable platform terms.
