Which ad platforms does Sentinel support?

Sentinel supports Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Shopify revenue, and blended attribution sources. More platforms are added regularly.

How does Sentinel connect to my Shopify store?

Sentinel uses Shopify's official OAuth flow to request read-only access to your orders and revenue data. We never modify your store, products, or orders.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All platform credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-128 Fernet encryption. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

How do I disconnect a platform?

Go to the Integrations section in the app, find the platform you want to disconnect, and click "Disconnect." This immediately removes the stored credentials.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at colton@roirockstars.com with your account email and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 5 business days.

What permissions does the Shopify integration require?

Sentinel requests read-only access to orders and analytics data. We do not request write permissions, and cannot modify your store in any way.

How are alerts delivered?

Alerts can be delivered via Slack (connect a workspace) or email. You can configure alert thresholds per metric and per platform from the Alerts section of the app.
